By way of exception to the rule laid down in Article 225(1) of the EC Treaty
and Article 140a(1) of the@EAEC Treaty, the Court of Justice shall have
jurisdiction in actions brought by the Member States, by the@institutions
of the Communities and by the European Central Bank.
